Product & website
How the product and the site feel to someone using them for the first time.
01 KORONEMI
We work with startup founders to find what is holding the business back and turn it into a plan. That work funds our partner company, Koronemi Technologies, and its goal of faster, cheaper and more reliable computer hardware.
A / PURPOSE
We start by helping startups work better. What that earns pays for the harder work: memory first, then more of the computing stack.
02 THE FIRST BUSINESS
A founder tells us what the company is trying to accomplish, and we look across the business to find what is in the way.
We don’t hand over a fifty-item audit and leave. The result is a short, ranked roadmap: the few problems costing you the most, what to cut, which roles are missing and what to do in the next six months.
03 WHAT WE LOOK AT
Problems rarely stay in one department, so the review doesn’t either.
How the product and the site feel to someone using them for the first time.
Acquisition and retention: where people arrive, and why they leave.
The health and engagement of the people around the product.
How information and decisions move through the team and its managers.
Who does what today, and which roles the company is missing.
Positioning that matches what the company actually is and does.
Operating spend that isn’t earning its place.
Paths to profitability that don’t depend on the next funding round.
What to build next, and what to stop building.
Technical problems and basic security risks. Testing only happens with written authorization.
What customers, employees and community members are already telling you.
Everything above, ranked by what will move the company most.
04 HOW WE WORK
Four steps, and a few ground rules about who does what.
You tell us what the company is trying to accomplish and where it feels stuck.
We look across product, customers, team, money and systems to find what is actually in the way.
You get the few issues hurting you most, what to cut, who to hire and the next six months in order.
Optional. An embedded adviser helps you carry out the roadmap and adjust it as things change.
GROUND RULES
You hire and pay your own employees. We help define the roles, set up how teams work and can help find candidates.
We don’t provide operating capital or take an investment role. You pay us for the work.
Leadership knows who our adviser is and why they’re there. We agree with you how to introduce them to everyone else.
Security testing needs explicit written authorization. Any access we hold and what we’re responsible for is disclosed.
→ FOR FOUNDERS
Tell us what you’re trying to get done and what keeps getting in the way. We’ll reply with whether and how we can help.
05 KORONEMI TECHNOLOGIES
Koronemi Technologies is our partner company. It works on making computer hardware faster, cheaper and more reliable, starting with memory and later moving into other parts of the stack such as GPUs, CPUs and networking.
Semiconductor research takes far more capital than a new company has, and we’re not starting by trying to manufacture memory chips with no revenue. Operations income comes first, and we reinvest profits into Koronemi Technologies’ research.
06 THE COMPANY
Koronemi is an early-stage company in Northwest Arkansas. Today we help startups run better. Alongside that, our partner company Koronemi Technologies is researching computer memory, validation and semiconductors.
Our long-term goal is to make computing faster, cheaper and more reliable across more of the stack, from memory to GPUs, CPUs, networking and complete systems, while preserving customer control.
We are building carefully: one useful engagement, one documented test and one engineering milestone at a time.
